Acceptable use

What GenBay is for

GenBay offers ready-made AI effects for pet photos. Use photos you own or have permission to process. Our current pet effects are not intended for portraits of people. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Content we do not allow

• Pornographic, NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, including sexualized depictions of animals.
• Violence, gore, animal cruelty, abuse, graphic injury or threats of harm.
• Hate speech, harassment or content promoting hatred or violence against people or groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming or other child-unsafe content.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, non-consensual imagery or fabricated intimate scenes involving real people; consent does not make these features available on GenBay.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including music or photos you are not entitled to use.
• Illegal activity, fraud, exploitation or content that facilitates harm.

These restrictions apply to uploads, generation requests, outputs and support attachments. Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive records.

Fair use of the service

Do not bypass verification, content restrictions, credit controls, rate limits or access checks. Do not automate abusive submissions, share private access links, probe other accounts or resell access to our underlying model credentials.

Checks and enforcement

Our current workflow screens preset prompts and uploaded photos before generation. Creations are private to the owning account. A separate automated scan of completed videos is not currently enabled. We may restrict accounts and remove access to content when investigating reports or policy violations. Confirmed technical generation failures return the charged GenBay credits once; this is separate from a cash refund.

We may reject requests, restrict access or suspend accounts to investigate prohibited use. Our AI processing providers also apply their own content rules. Automated checks and AI outputs can make mistakes; no filter guarantees that every unsafe result is detected. Review your creation before sharing it, and do not distribute content that violates this policy.

A policy restriction does not authorize an automatic paid retry. For billing or quality concerns, use our refund policy.

Report a concern or request a review

Email hello@genbay.io with the relevant page, creation ID or order ID and a brief explanation. Please do not email passwords, API keys or sensitive images. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership and investigate safely. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact us for a review.
